Thanks to the unique composition of Polypropylene (PP), Capp Expell 384 well PCR plates are highly transparent and ideal for PCR and qPCR applications, as well as robotic applications, especially there, where the optical qPCR signal is obtained through the bottom of the plate. Capp Expell 384 well PCR plates enable high-throughput and low-volume processing in the most comfortable way, thanks to their rigid, flat and stackable form. Expell 384 well PCR plates are fully skirted and fit in all standard 384 well cyclers as well as in many 384 well block (q)PCR cycler models. The thin walls of Capp 384 well PCR plates are specially threated to minimize the binding of proteins. DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase and Pyrogen free, Capp Expell 384 well PCR plates are autoclavable and have an extremely low evaporation grade of 3%. This enables processing volumes as small as 5µl.
